All Items are gift wrapped, packaged and posted within 2 working days of us receiving your order.  

You should receive your parcel approximately 2-4 working days after despatch.

PLEASE NOTE Delivery options MAY VARY depending on the size and weight of your order, we will get in touch if this is the case, the cost of postage remains the same as above. 

abode16 orders are sent Monday to Saturday except for bank holidays and public holidays.

Please let us know if your item is a gift, so we can include a special message from you, and post it directly to the recipient. 

 

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, if you change your mind. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@abode16.co.uk. We will send you instructions on where to send your package. You must pay for the return postage.     

Damages and issues

If the item is damaged, please contact us with images, so we can issue a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
